Following the successful launch last year, Berendsohn will also offer a design prize in 2007 – the Berendsohn Give-Away AWARD 07.

The search is on for product ideas related to the theme of "eating, drinking, gastronomic culture, hospitality".

We are looking for innovative product ideas and give-aways referring to "eating, drinking, gastronomic culture, hospitality". The promotional products should be made of interesting materials, they should be practical for everyday use and it must be possible to produce them in large quantities.

You can win an attractive prize:

• 1st prize: We produce your design and you will receive royalty fees.
  You can enjoy two days in Hamburg including an overnight at the SIDE Hotel, which is Hamburg's only 5 star design hotel. In addition, you can take part in a cookery course for two people with Cornelia Poletto -- chef-de-cuisine who has been awarded a star.
• 2nd prize: We produce your design and you will receive royalty fees plus EUR 1,000.
• 3rd prize: We produce your design and you will receive royalty fees plus EUR 500.

Please note the following requirements when you submit a product suggestion:

• We require your design as a model, drawing, pdf or jpg file.
• You can send us your suggestion as a letter, parcel, e-mail or CD to the address stated below.
• We reserve the right to adapt design and colour of the drafts to the technical feasibilities and requirements of the market.

Product suggestions will remain your intellectual property and will be returned after the award presentation. Royalty fees will be paid out in accordance with the designer agreement, if you are one of the lucky winners. It is not possible to pay out the first prize in money. We will take out travel insurance for you. We look forward to your entries!
